Hello Autumn O'Bryan,

Why are we unable to make changes in the Order History if the order hasn't been sent to the warehouse yet?

I just had an order where the customer moved and used his old address for shipping. To correct this I have to contact support, instead of being able to make the change my self by logging into STC Order History!

Because I didn't want to use the contact form to correct the address problem, I thought I'd just cancel the order through the API, and resubmit it. This is not possible either. The previous problem of using cancel still hasn't been fixed http://forums.sextoyclub.com/showpos...07&postcount=7. The API shows the correct response, however the Order History doesn't reflect the changes.

Items that need to be fixed ASAP:

1. The ability to make changes to an order when logged in.
2. The API / STC Order system needs to work together flawlessly!

I apologize for the inconvenience. We agree that customers should have the ability to edit orders that have not been transmitted to the vendor, and we will be releasing an update that will provide this capability in the Order History of your STCLUB account.

Each order in our system is comprised of individual vendor parts. When you submit a cancellation using the API, you are requesting to cancel a particular vendor's part of the order. After looking into what you encountered during the cancellation process that you described in your post, we discovered a bug that prevents the entire order from being canceled when it only has a single vendor part. The API, when performing a status check on a vendor order, will return the correct status, but the order history for the main order will still show as "approved" or "pending". This bug will also be fixed in an upcoming API release.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we address these bugs or add updates to our system.

I use the vendor info pages all the time! I operate in Nebraska, so I like to get most of my stuff from EL. It only takes about three days to get here. I'm just sad they don't offer any movies besides the instructional ones, though.
