Don't give up. That's the biggest tip I can give. In your spare time research Internet Marketing, and SEO. Use your own .COM if you can or create your own blog and use the affiliate links to various products where appropriate.

Pick a niche that you know well to start with, and create as much unique content around it as you are able to. Once you've exhausted that niche, move onto another. Don't try and go generalist right from the get-go.

Tip 2 dont forget to research your questions on your own you will notice in my spare time I ASK A TON of questions but I also research for hours before and after the questions..

Default Start with the low hanging fruit

Don't target keywords that have 100,000 unique searches a month. Too much competition for a newbie. Start with the ones that have 1,000 to 2,000 per month and build.
