Default tax obligations for non US residents

I have just had a meeting with my accountant here in the UK and she has once again raised an important point that I did not have an answer to: US tax liabilities.

I have posted previously on an adult business forum, but didn't get a definite answer so I hope I have more luck here.

Can anyone from outside the US who is selling products through the adultshopping network tell me how they manage their tax declaration on revenue? Do we have to declare and pay tax on the sales we make or is it classed as advertising?

The way I see it is that I am a non-US business, with non-US activities (because my affiliate work is done in the UK). I donít own equipment in the US, I donít have employees in the US and I donít hold physical stock in the US.

So, am I right in saying that my affiliate income is not subject to tax withholding because I don't have U.S. activities?

Thanks for any advice people may have.
